Windows users: simply right click the downloaded picture and select "set as background".
Mac users: For single button mouse users, hold down the option key and click on the downloaded picture, select “set as desktop background” from the popup menu. For two button mouse users, right click on the downloaded picture and select “set as desktop background” from the popup menu.
